Responsible disclosure policy

Short answer

If you find a security weakness in Nexovia, write to security@nexovia.co.in with enough detail for us to reproduce it. We acknowledge within three working days, keep you informed, fix confirmed issues as fast as their severity requires, and will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows this policy.

How to report

  1. E-mail security@nexovia.co.in with the subject "Security report".
  2. Describe the issue, the address or component affected, the steps to reproduce it and what an attacker could achieve.
  3. Include proof of concept output or screenshots, but no real customer data. If you saw customer data by accident, tell us and delete it.
  4. Give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else. We aim to fix critical issues within 7 days, high within 30 days and medium within 90 days.

Our machine-readable contact details are published at /.well-known/security.txt, following RFC 9116.
